Session 1: Real Time Marketing and Story Telling

IAA Young Professionals Lebanon launched its "Digital Seminar Series" with the first session by Ms. Jennifer Kanaan, Program Director at Eastline Academy, on Thursday 12th of April at IAA Headquarters, Beirut. In the session entitled "Real-time Marketing & Storytelling", Ms. Kanaan discussed the components of Real-time Marketing based on up to date events with a strategy focused on current, relevant trends and immediate feedback from customers. Ms. Kanaan clarified that the main objective is to cconnect consumers with the product/service that they need now by anticipating consumer interests and needs. At the end of the session, Mr. Joe Ayach, president of IAA Lebanon Chapter, highlighted the importance of supporting young professionals through such initiatives.



Session 2: Digital Transformation to Enhance Customer Engagement

IAA Young Professionals – Lebanon held their second session within its Digital Seminar Series on Tuesday 15th of May at IAA Headquarters, Beirut under the title of "Digital Transformation & Customer Engagement" with Ms. Sanaa Nassar Naccache, Integrated Media Director at Dentsu Aegis Network . With more than 10 years in the Marcom industry, Ms. Nassar gave an insightful session about the global digital market and how the local digital media suppliers are embracing the change and upgrading their business offerings to enhance customer experience. Success stories of brands who successfully integrated digital into their marketing were thoroughly discussed. Mr. Melhem Rechdan, President of IAA YP, gave out a presentation on the previous and upcoming activities of this chapter.



Session 3: Straight A’s Marketing System for Customer Acquisition

IAA Young Professionals – Lebanon organized their third session within its Digital Seminar Series on Wednesday 4th of July at IAA Headquarters, Beirut under the title of "Straight A’s Marketing System for Customer Acquisition”. Andre Abi Awad, founder of Digital Smarter, gave examples about the strategies that successful brands have been using to rapidly grow. He uncovered techniques and tools leveraged by top businesses, and unveiled new ideas brands can immediately use to systematically and reliable drive user growth.
