Valentín R.L. Bueno has more than 30 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a strong specialization in Out of Home. Throughout his career, he has led international expansion processes for multiple companies, developing operations in 24 countries and covering sectors such as technology, media, communications, and content production.

His entrepreneurial vision led him to create and consolidate leading companies, including Latcom–Worldcom and Content Advertising. In parallel, he founded the Gestionar Esperanzas Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting social-impact projects and improving quality of life through inclusion and sustainability across Latin America. His companies provide services to the world’s most important advertisers, strengthening their global positioning.

Valentín has expanded his presence and activities throughout the Americas and Europe, driving projects in media, real estate, financial services, and the arts through the creation of Skywalker Group. His most recent initiative is the Distrito El Globo, an innovative business center in Montevideo that brings together technology, art, and gastronomy in one space. This center, a regional leader, aims to launch 100 companies and startups from Latin America to the world, establishing it as a strategic hub for global development and expansion.

Recognized for his leadership, strategic vision, negotiation skills, and conflict-resolution abilities, he stands out for his constant drive for innovation and his pursuit of new challenges.

Outside the business world, Valentín is passionate about his children, his family, rugby, mountaineering, diving, and the arts, and is also a notable collector of Latin American art.
