Agnieszka Sora

Vice President/Area Director, Europe

Agnieszka Sora, a graduate of Economics from the Foreign Trade Faculty at SGH in Warsaw, has been present in the marketing and research industry for nearly 35 years, gaining experience in marketing, market research, management, and consulting. Between 1993 and 1996 at Nestle Poland she was responsible for introducing brands such as Nescafe and Nesquik to the Polish market, as well as Nestle/Winiary's Consumer Service. For 25 years (1996–2021), she served as Managing Director and Commercial Director of GfK Polonia, positioning GfK as a key company integrating knowledge based on hard panel data, business analytics, and the voice of the consumer. For the last four years, from 2021 to 2025, she worked in a regional position in North-Central Europe at GfK-NIQ as Regional Consulting Director NCE.

From the beginning of her career, she has been active pro bono for the marketing communications industry, with key milestones - 2017 to 2021 - President of OFBOR, and 2021 to 2025  President of IAA Poland. As of June 2025 she is President of the Supervisory Board of IAA Poland. As of October 2025 she was elected Vice President, Area Director Europe IAA Global.

She has also been a jury member for EFFIE multiple times. A speaker at numerous conferences, repeatedly serving as a mentor within the Business Leaders Foundation, Marketing Masterminds, AIESEC Alumni, and Wise & Young, as well as a mentor at NielsenIQ.
