Promotion of local “high profile” (conferences, thought leadership, networking events) across IAA Global official digital channels (all creative must be in English/have English version).
Helping local chapter identify sponsors for their high-profile conferences or events (e.g. conferences with regional/global reach).
All global sponsors converted entirely by IAA Global for local events are subject to 50% commission.
All global sponsors introduced by IAA Global and then converted by local chapter are subject to 30% commission.
Give advice and support local chapters in identifying global keynote speakers for regional or high profile local events consistent with IAA’s value proposition.
Creating global networking opportunities for the members from all the chapters (virtual and in person).
Organizing regular EDs meetings (virtual or in person) to share global and local updates, best practices, event calendars with the spirit to support each other.
Giving feedback and encouraging chapters to give feedback on the global strategy, events, and initiatives. An exchanged of opinions can help chapters improve their local strategies and timing of projects.
