  • IAA Global digital media strategy & management to promote IAA across owned, earn and paid media.
  • IAA World Congress Oversight: Strategy, Global Speaker Engagement & Sponsorships.
  • IAA Global portfolio of regional conference advisory and key contact for conference’s organizing committees.
  • IAA Global Councils Oversight.
  • IAA “United Nations Of IAA” networking dinner planning & oversight.
  • New IAA Chapter Creation and dues management.
  • Worldwide Service Center to chapters:
    • Brand Strategy and Brand Identity guides.
    • Chapter Operating Manual guide.
    • Global campaign creative assets.
    • Promotion of local “high profile” (conferences, thought leadership, networking events) across IAA Global official digital channels (all creative must be in English/have English version).
    • Helping local chapter identify sponsors for their high-profile conferences or events (e.g. conferences with regional/global reach).
      • All global sponsors converted entirely by IAA Global for local events are subject to 50% commission.
      • All global sponsors introduced by IAA Global and then converted by local chapter are subject to 30% commission.
    • Give advice and support local chapters in identifying global keynote speakers for regional or high profile local events consistent with IAA’s value proposition.
    • Creating global networking opportunities for the members from all the chapters (virtual and in person).
    • Organizing regular EDs meetings (virtual or in person) to share global and local updates, best practices, event calendars with the spirit to support each other.
    • Giving feedback and encouraging chapters to give feedback on the global strategy, events, and initiatives. An exchanged of opinions can help chapters improve their local strategies and timing of projects.
