Jeffrey A. Greenbaum has been the Managing Partner of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz since 2010 and is one of the leading advertising lawyers in the United States of America will moderate this panel. He is a partner in the firm's Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group and has extensive experience representing advertisers, advertising agencies, and media companies on advertising, branded entertainment, and intellectual property matters. He is also the Chairman of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance and is a member of the Board of the International Advertising Association and the Chair of the IAA’s Public Policy Council.


Brinsley Dresden is Partner and Head of Advertising Law at Lewis Silkin LLP in the UK. He advises many of the world’s leading brands and advertising agencies on a wide range of issues covering all aspects of advertising law and regulation. This includes defending complex investigations and mounting competitor challenges with the Advertising Standards Authority; helping to obtain approval for television advertising campaigns from Clearcast; advising on the nutritional and health claims for foods; and advising on the advertising of medicines and medical devices in compliance with the requirements of the MHRA. He also advises both clients and agencies on the drafting and negotiating of client/ agency agreements, endorser agreements and celebrity talent contracts. He provides pre-production advice concerning the regulatory and intellectual property aspects of advertising across all media, as well as compliance advice for lotteries, sweepstakes and competitions in the UK and abroad. Finally, he advises on dispute resolution, such as third party claims of IP infringement in advertising campaigns and breach of contract claims. He advises clients across all sectors, including automotive, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical and health and beauty.


Ana Luci Grizzi is the leading partner of the ESG practice area at Veirano Law Firm in Brazil and an emeritus board member from The Nature Conservancy. She has a post-MBA on Corporate Governance from the Saint Paul School of Business and an LLM in environmental law from PUC/SP. She is a co-author of the book “Civil Environmental Liability’ published in 2003 and author of the book ‘Environmental Law applied to Agreements’ published in 2008.


Anikó Keller leads the Competition and Compliance team at Szecskay Attorneys at Law in Hungary. Anikó and her team work in all areas of business and industry in relation to competition and antitrust law, state aid, unfair competition and unfair commercial practices, and in advertising law matters too. She has represented multinational companies both in antitrust and in unfair commercial practice cases before the Hungarian Competition Authority and courts. She regularly advises clients regarding antitrust and advertising compliance programs, carries out competition audits and prepares compliance policies


Zil-Ur-Rehman is an Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice in Riyadh. Zil is also a member of the firm’s Projects & Infrastructure group and Corporate Social Responsibility group. He joined Al Tamimi & Company from a Master’s Program in Clean Tech & Energy Law at UC Berkeley in the United States.
